SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ cannot guarantee that all items listed on our site are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. We do not promise that the site is always free of inaccuracies or that all information is current. SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ reserves the right to update the site content at any time.

While we strive to display accurate texts, images, and pricing on the site, occasional errors may occur. If you are charged an incorrect amount, we will offer you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancel your order. SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch if we discover a pricing error. In such cases, we will notify you by email. If we cannot reach you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Some services on the site are managed by external organizations. When SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ acts as an agent for these services, we are not responsible for any errors arising from their activities. SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ is not liable for any damage caused by using or being unable to use the site. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, problem-free, or secure access to the site.

1. General

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ AB (Reg. No. 559473-1365) (“SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ”, “us”, “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ’s website www.siamosociete.com (“Website”).

By using the Website and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.

SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ reserves the right to revise the Terms of Service at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms of Service.

Please note that SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ does not guarantee that all products presented on the site are in stock or are available for purchase. SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ reserves the right to stop selling a product. SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ is currently only able to deliver to countries located in Europe, with the exception of United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Iceland and Turkey.

The language of the Terms of Service is English.

2. Placing an order

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms of Service before placing an order.

Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selections, provided information, and the total price, and to correct any input errors. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ accepts your order.

If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the site to fail, your shopping cart may be lost, and you will need to add the items again.

3. Order confirmation

After you submit your order, SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ will automatically send you an order confirmation via email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Please note that this confirmation email does not indicate acceptance of your order.

4. Acceptance & shipping confirmation

Please be aware that all orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason without liability to you. Reasons for rejection may include:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Failure to obtain payment authorization
  • Product information error, such as price or promotion
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is the final acceptance of your order.

Please note that SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ does not guarantee that all products presented on site are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is out of stock, we will contact as soon as possible upon discovery.

If we have already received payment for the order, we will refund you the amount paid.

5. Colors

SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ aims to describe the products on our site as accurately as possible, however at times or due to color settings of your device, the colors of our garments may appear different on screen from its actual color. SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ is not liable for any such discrepancy.

6. Prices

The prices on the Website are shown in Danish Krone (DKK), Euro (€), Norwegian Krone (NOK) and Swedish krona (SEK).

The prices and delivery costs shown on the site include VAT.

The prices and delivery costs displayed on the site may fluctuate, and SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ is not bound by these prices until we confirm your order by sending a shipping confirmation.

If you place an order and the price changes before we confirm it (by sending the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by email of the new price and offer the option to proceed with the revised order or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled. SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ reserves the right to cancel any order before confirmation. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, we will refund you accordingly.

Please be aware that SÎAMO SOCIÉTÉ may also cancel an order after confirmation if you or should have reasonably known that the price was incorrect.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be displayed during checkout alongside the shipping methods.
